Crossing that Bridge _ Fallout 2 (Reborn) E19

After much catching up my new character is finally where the recordings left off, and I am ready to finish this series! The wasteland has been less bountiful this time around in my rush to get back to where I was but I will be able to take some opportunities I missed last time. This character is "reborn" because I used the same build. I even took a lesser perk for the sake of accuracy and am suffering for it. I did handicap my early game Small Guns skill by using magazines instead of putting in skill points, so I will have a small amount of extra points for later. But now that I am back to recording instead of going solo, I will use all my foreknowledge to its fullest extent
