Over the passed few years we have been learning and teaching ourselves to become more self sustainable. One of the things that journey has lead us to are ferments. They are healthy for you, they taste good and relatively easy to make. This one I love to add to my salads. I can eat salad now without dressing by adding this ferment and some of the juice, it’s delicious. Have you made a sweet potato ferment yet?
