How To Do Your First Push-Up

Push-ups are a great exercise but they can be really hard to do!
Start with five strengthening exercises:
1. Chest press
2. Skull crusher
3. Serratus punch
4. Struggling turtle
5. Renegade row
to build up the muscles needed for pushups.
Follow this up with the modifications in the video and you will be doing them in no time:)
