Smith (retired USAF Officer) investigated Colorado and found via a CORA (Colorado open records act) that ip addresses from from foreign countries had access to Colorados Voter registrations. He also found that active voter rolls had gone up 4 times the population growth rate from 2018-2020.

A voter integrity organization out of Indiana says federal data from the EAC shows upwards of 14.7 million mail in ballots were unaccounted for in 2020.
