Dallas Police DWI Report On Bad Arrest of Col Allen West's Wife - Travesty Of Justice

After Reading this Report on the arrest of Mrs. West, this was an absolute cluster of a mess. Absolutely horrible report, horrible arrest, the JUDGE did even read the warrant, just a complete failure of any level of competence. Dallas Police sets new standard for incompetence.
