Neutral, not neutered? Hans Koechler, president of the International Progress Organization

The Prussian general and military theorist Carl von Clausewitz famously said that war is a continuation of politics by other means. Today’s guest takes that a bit further by suggesting “sanctions are the continuation of war by other means.” But in the case of the Ukrainian conflict, we now have both.
