Cop Loses It. Threatens Arrest ID Refusal. Illegal Trespass. Naples Airport Authority/Police.

This was on Wednesday October 20th 2021 at approximately 11 AM, outside of the Naples airport, in Naples Florida. I decided to take a little walking tour and take some photos of the airplanes and facilities on the grounds as the website tells you, to go take a tour of the Naples airport grounds. Within minutes I was approached by a Naples airport authority officer, who seemed to know what "auditing" and 1st amendment rights were. His supervisor changed that and totally escalated the situation.

After refusing to stop filming as they asked, they called the police to try to get me removed. It took almost 15 minutes for the police to show up. Once the first officer got on scene he tried to ID me. He then waited for his partner who completely escalated the situation to the point where I was almost kidnapped and assaulted.

After being threatened with arrest and being forced off the grounds I had asked for a supervisor. It took Corporal Davis almost 2 minutes to call for a supervisor as he tried to intimidate me and walk me off the ground forcefully saying "I'm being very patient with you". The supervisor showed up about 15 minutes later. This interaction was much longer than I wanted to be. It was really hot out in this Florida heat, with barely any shade as there are barley trees lining the sidewalks. I did remove over 10 minutes of footage. I hope you all enjoy.
