Porky PIG Threatens Illegal Trespass. Shutdown Building. Collier County Sheriff. Naples. Florida.

This was on Wednesday December 22nd at approximately 10:40, in Naples Florida. I was with Open Government Investigations as we return from getting my property from the forensic lab in Fort Myers , we saw a unmarked caller county sheriff smoking the cigarette in his county vehicle. We followed him to the facility they have on horseshoe drive and asked him for his name and badge number. He responded very rudely and told us she was not playing our game. While he says that they play the game that they think that we are playing. As he tried to go into the authorized personnel entrance the door kept opening on him and he was giving unlawful orders to back away from the door. This frustrated him even more than asking for his identification. These officers want us to comply with as they say simple orders which are unlawful most of the time.

Meanwhile they cannot even abide by their policies and in some states the law. It is very unprofessional and discourteous which shows a disdain for for the public that they work for. Soon after he entered the building a higher ranking officer met us at the door or and showed a little more professionalism. After that a lieutenant came out who also lacked professionalism and told us we would be illegally trespassed from the property if we did not stop filming into the windows.
