20220403 Boy in a Skirt - The Daily Summation

Is it reasonable for a young man to go to school dressed in a skirt or a dress?

I may not believe so, but the next question should be, "Why should you CARE what I think?"

Unless I'm driving rules and regulations surrounding such things, I maintain you SHOUDLN'T.
