IHC 2-6-0 Mogul - TCS WOWSound Steam

Sound install in a friends older IHC 2-6-0 Mogul using a TCS WOWSound Steam decoder. This installation uses the WOW121-Steam decoder, B-MB2 motherboard, and 28mm WOWSpeaker.

Now this decoder set up actually makes a decent runner of what is pretty much a $60 engine with an lower end motor. With all wheel pick up, lubed gears and the TCS Keep Alive, the engine now has easy low speed stops and a smooth drivetrain. If the customer was to opt for an upgraded motor, such as a can motor, this would be an exceptional runner.

But in the long run we are shoving in a $174 decoder in an older engine that probably had a price point of about $60.
