If you are a fan of hazelnuts butter or simply, you love chocolatey and nutty desserts taste then you should really try this hazelnut butter and carob no bake cheesecake!! 🍮
The combination of nutty hazelnut butter with choccolatey carob cream and that slight touch of saltiness is just wonderful! Super yummy! 😋

Addiotionally, this cheesecake is completely vegan and, thanks to birch sugar that substitutes regular sugar, it is also suitable for those who suffers from diabetes!!!

Cheesecake recipe below 👩🏻‍🍳

The base 🥧:
1 1/2 cup of buckwheat flakes
1 1/12 cup of almonds
1/4 tbs of salt
4 tbs of birch sugar
4 tbs of almond oil
2 tbs of thyme honey (suggested instead: Carob honey)

Carob layer 🍫:

30 g birch sugar
100 g carob powder
60 ml soy whipping cream

Hazelnut butter layer 🌰:
200 g almond cream cheese
30 g birch sugar

60 ml soy whipping cream

Final touch 🍒:
Homemade Carob Nutella spread
