This film is about the brutal police state of the USA and mass protests against the government. In addition, the theme of FEMA Camps is comprehensively addressed in this film. This is a large number (800 pieces, as of 2012) of newly established, vacant, high-security internment camps within the United States.

The FEMA is a subsidiary of the US Homeland Security, so the camps are openly planned for the detention of millions of US citizens.

David Crowley could not finish the film. He was previously suicidal with the whole family.
