Space being discussed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BRMzTkR_6Jo They want a demolition clause in the lease: meaning, if they decide to replace the building with a larger one, they can terminate my lease and kick me out at any time, with six months notice. I am pushing for a $150,000 or higher payout if they do this, along with six months of free rent. What are your thoughts? Should I ask for more, less, not take the space at all?
