Custom engine bay revealed! | BANKS BUILT Ep 33

Get a peek at our new engine bay! It matches the look of the Whipple 3.8L Supercharger. And, it’s time to slice our ’66 Chevy C20 pickup truck’s bed in half! Unlike a normal dump bed, where the entire bed tilts back, we only want the top half to tilt back while the bottom half stays in place. In this episode, Erik dismantles the bed, and Matt engineers a 6-bar hinge system, allowing the upper section to articulate up and back without crashing into the lower section. It's not as easy as it looks.
