اَلَّا تَخَافُوْا وَلَا تَحْزَنُوْا
allā takhāfū walā taḥzanū

لَا تَخَفْ وَلَا تَحْزَنْ
lā takhaf(y) walā taḥzan(y)

اَلَّا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُوْنَۘ
(w)allā khawfun ʿalayhim walā hum yaḥzanūn

Who shall have no fear and no grievances (intense sorrow, feeling unfairly treated)?

 Whoever follows My guidance (told to Adam AS)
 Those who believe in Allah, Last Day and righteousness
 Those who submit their face to Allah
 Those who spend in the way of Allah and then do not remind people about their generosity nor cause hurt
 And they spend it by night and by day in secret and in open
 Those who establish the prayer, give zakah
 Those who are yet to be killed in the cause of Allah
 Those who believed, and the Jews (Yahud), and the Sabians (Sabiuna), and the Christians (Nasaara), whoever believed in Allah and the Last Day and did good deeds
 Those who believe and reform
 Those who fear Allah and reform
 The people who long for Paradise asking to not be placed with the wrongdoers in hell
 The Awliyaa (friends) of Allah
 Mother of Musa AS casting him into the river trusting in Allah's guidance
 The ones leaving their defiantly disobedient towns and cities (i.e. the angels comforting Lut AS when escaping their punishment)
 Those who say "rabbunallah" (Our Lord is Allah)
 Those whom Allah addresses as "yaa-ibaadi" (O My slaves)
 Those who say "rabbunallah" (Our Lord is Allah) and then remain steadfast

So what do we do if we want to be amongst those who have no fear nor any grief?

(1) Fear Allah and follow His Guidance
(2) Believe in Allah, the Last Day, and in righteousness
(3) Submit our faces to Allah in order to become a Friend-of-Allah
(4) Give Zakah and spend in the way of Allah (incl. 6 conditions)
(5) Establish the prayer
(6) Desire death in the cause of Allah
(7) Reform ourselves and do good deeds
(8) Place trust in Allah and take that risky-looking-step
(9) Leave a defiantly disobedient location
(10) Long for (visualise) paradise and say "rabbunallah"
(Our Lord is Allah)
