Restore a rusty pair of hand pruners

My wife bought these shears/pruners many years ago. They somehow ended up sitting at the bottom of my trailer toolbox and covered up with other junk. The toolbox doesn't leak, but it does sweat on the inside and over the years, it turned in a giant pile of rust. At first, I intended to throw them away, but then I thought it might make a nice video, showing how to restore something that appears useless and beyond repair, to like new condition.
