Savory muffin recipe for the perfect brunch
Here is the recipe for a very tasty savory muffin with vegetables and ham. A great idea for your snacks and your aperitifs!
Ingredients:
240 grams white flour
2 tablespoons of Parmesan
2 eggs
200 ml of milk
60 grams of sunflower oil
a sachet of instant yeast
a pinch of salt
100 grams of diced ham
50 grams of cheese (such as edamer or smoked cheese)
1 courgette
1 carrot
cooking time: in the oven for 20 min at 180 °
Recipe difficulty: 7/10
STEPS:
Break two eggs into a bowl
Add two tablespoons of parmesan
Add a pinch of salt and mix with a whisk
Add 200 ml of milk and mix
Add 60 grams of sunflower oil
Add a sachet of instant yeast
Add 240 grams of white flour and mix well
Clean a courgette and cut it into slices
Clean and cut a carrot into slices
Add the vegetables to the mixture
Also add 100 grams of diced ham and 50 grams of diced cheese
Mix well
Pour two tablespoons of the mixture into each cup
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
Eat and enjoy!
