New Type Of Chemtrail?

Has anyone else seen or noticed these new types of Chemtrails that they are spraying on top of us? It is kind of like a normal Chemtrail, if you can call Chemtrails normal, but it is injected frequently with little puffs of stuff that I believe are different that everything else they are dumping on us...
I've seen the Chemtrail come out of the plane looking like this.
