A Link To The Past Randomizer (ALTTPR) - April Fools 2022 Sahasrahla Expert Keysanity

Today is April Fools Day, which means the April Fools Festive Randomizer is up on the A Link To The Past Randomizer website! In addition to the normal Randomizer settings, we also get two new goal options! One option has Sahasrahla in possession of the Triforce, so all you need is the Pendant of Courage to beat the game. The other new option is called "Ice Rod Hunt", where you start with every item in the game except for the Ice Rod, with all other item locations empty. Once you find the Ice Rod among 215 other empty chest locations, you go to Turtle Rock and use it to kill Trinexx, and he will have the Triforce.

There are also a set of "Objectively Better Optional Extras" to choose from, including Turtle Rock Pegs (amount of pegs needed to open the portal to Turtle Rock in a non-inverted seed), Verbose Mode (which restores most of the dialogue from the original game that was cut out in the Randomizer and makes it more humorous), Flute Shuffle (which changes the plot of land in the Sacred Grove you have to dig up to find the flute), Gravestones (which changes where in the graveyard the secret entrance to Hyrule Castle is), Overworld State (which changes some of the terrain around which can change required routes around the world and even through some dungeons), Music Track and Music Segment shuffle (which changes which songs play in which areas and even creates new songs by combining snippets of different songs together), Item Icon Shuffle (which changes the inventory icons for the items, so you'll need extensive knowledge of the vanilla inventory to truly know which item is which), Geometry Shuffle (which adds spikes all over caves and dungeons that weren't there originally), as well as others!

For my first April Fools seed, Celes is on a mission to retrieve the Pendant of Course and exchange it with Sahasrahla for the Triforce!
