Note - this video is in Russian with German translation. Basically Ramzan warns the remaining Nazi's in Ukraine to give up, their days are numbered. The Russians will not stop until the job is done. The Nazi's murdered 10's of thousands of Ukrainian citizens. Justice must be done.
