This was stated by the Acting Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the DPR, Vladimir Yaroshevsky.

"We have inspected the structures of the house, a panel house with two entrances and 72 apartments. Now the forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations are dismantling the rubble, then the damaged and unstable load-bearing structures of the building will be dismantled," he said.

After that, it will become clear whether it is possible to restore the house, which is now in disrepair.
