Ever heard of "OLD MELBOURNE GOAL", well welcome to the "NEW AND IMPROVED VERSION".

The whole city is a BIOMEDICAL PRISON

Use of TECHINT [Technical intelligence] to gather information on patrol group sizes, equipment and methods deployed before deciding to operate Overtly or Covertly to Capture Footage during documentary filming. Covert device was affixed to the car's left hand side.

Some obvious dangers are arrest, but there have been reports of "Anarchists" aka "Slackbastards" or the "Labourwave Initiative" in sight.

Captian Snooze and also Lego man were not in attendance either.

Further no sight of "Fabians" infiltrating protest groups to "stir up trouble" for their communist puppet masters. Also there were reports by #LameStreamMedia of "Baby Nasis" but as the report was unsubstantiated I thought it was best to get ground intelligence in case one of these mythical entities dropped out of a gum tree on my head.

As a media person operating in a literal Police State, is like being behind enemy lines, you need to carefully plan how to deploy and collect intelligence footage or else you might get captured, or a bottle of urine thrown at your head by "baby Nasis".

As being not one for “Golden Showers”, I made sure the coast was clear first before getting boots on the ground rest assured police had captured all these Socialist Democrats and their “Urine Grenades”.

As police were observed to generally interacting and conversely politely with detainees I decided to proceed from an overt perspective.

They did not notice the overtly pronounced prayers being broadcasted from my car.

I deduced that they were alert and only interacting on "the side walk".

2. Group of non-police authorized officers stationed at the steps of Parliament Train Station (Corner of Bourke and Spring Street).

3. UNIFORM police in the alley way next to 7-11 capturing people walking on Bourke Street and the alley way.

4. 3 x "Undercover" Detectives with 2 UNIFORM in from of shop for lease interrogating two persons sitting down.

5. They use a two officer approach.

6. Left hand side of Bourke Street Patrolled by group of 6 x UNIFORM walking in rows x 3 officers in two walls.

7. No "Baby Nasis" or "Urine Grenades" were cited in the RECON...
