The other day, I learned a beautiful lesson from a Shaman named Hector in Mexico! I was having a bad day and he told me, “Jason, it takes the same job to be happy or be sad and that job is making a choice to be happy or sad. So, if a choice is all it takes, why not choice to be happy!”. His simple yet profound words hit my heart and changed the course of my entire day which is why I chose to share this beautiful story with all of you!
