Streets of Rage SECRET part 3 - Abadede the Muscle

I almost forgot about this secret level, I spent lots of time practicing against Mr X (in progress) but neglected to try Abadede. He is from SOR2 and he is severely nerfed in this iteration, but he still has the same power stance counter as I call it, and some BS up his... wait he doesn't have sleeves where does he keep his BS? In his cuffs? Bracelets?
