Russians announced a DRAWBACK in troops, not a WITHDRAWAL of troops; keep that in mind this weekend. Also, they never, EVER, had a goal of toppling Kyiv; note that as well.

The Russian Economy was going to tumble and crash any day now, but why is it that thanks to shrew maneuvering and self reliance has it made a rebound the rest of the world should be jealous of? Funny thing about a strong leadership. You don't have to like Putin, but game respects game.
