Level 1 - 3 sets x 10 reps, Level 2 - 4 sets x 15 rep, Level 3 - 5 sets x 20 reps. Rest up to 5 minutes in between sets.

Diet tips: I always recommend to eat as healthy as possible and drink enough water throughout the day. If you want to put on muscle, increased calorie intake is important.
