Carvana is Terrible So Far

I ordered a vehicle on the 23rd of September and the delivery date was set for the 27th. On the morning of the 26th I get a text saying my vehicle is coming tomorrow. Then later that night within 24 hours of the delivery date and time I get another text saying it got delayed to October 3rd.

I call them and I was on hold for about an hour and twenty minutes before talking to a representative. They tell me that the truck had broke down since it's coming from North Carolina and heading to Ohio. He tells me that he will refund the $390 delivery fee along with an additional $200 for the trouble of it being pushed back. He also tells me he will look more into it and call me back at 2pm the next day and email me too.

He never called or emailed.

I contact them to see what is going on and the person there says they never refund the delivery fee ever, but I can get up to $200, $25 a day for each day it's late, for my troubles.

I have my delivery for the 3rd of October at 10am. I get a call a little after 8am thinking it's them making sure everything is ready for delivery. It was somebody calling to say that my car wont be delivered that day because of delays. I talk to someone else later that day over phone and they tell me that this time there was a road closure and the car was still in North Carolina.

"So a road was closed and the truck couldn't go around?" I said.

The representative said they contract out their deliveries moving the vehicles and if something arises the trucks will just drop it and pick up another job.

So now I am suppose to get my car on the 8th of October at 3pm. At this point I'm not sure I'll receive it.

I have been tempted to cancel this order because of all the trouble. It's just I found a specific car with a good package that I like.
