Constitutional Carry Would Make Florida 25th Permitless State For Guns

OCOEE, Fla. – As it is right now, gun owners in Florida need to carry a license with them when carrying a gun. What some state lawmakers want to do now is ditch the license and bolster the second amendment for the right to bear arms. They are hoping to pass the measure during the upcoming special session. Gov. DeSantis has stated that he will sign the bill.
