Don’t Be A PU$$Y Deputy Parga!!

Sheriffs were called out for a man that was allegedly harassing a parking enforcement agent when in reality all he did was ask the the parking enforcement officer to move his car because he was blocking the crosswalk for the kids going to school. The man was then cuffed and detained unlawfully only to be let go with not even a ticket or APOLOGY!! Meanwhile Deputy Parga wants to play dumb and act like he has no idea who cuffed or searched the man when the man inquired.
