Turow announces tribunal for crimes in Ukraine

Duma deputy Artyom Turov made a statement pointing out the need to establish a military tribunal to investigate cases when civilians are used as "human shields".

The MP himself was able to personally find out from the people now being evacuated from Mariupol about examples of the use of such tactics by neo-Nazis. It is assumed, of course, that a specially established commission will also collect material on other war crimes committed by the Kiev regime.
