Progress being made against COVID-19 throughout California schools

There has been a downward trend in COVID cases among students in several school districts even after the mask mandate was lifted. Oakland Unified is among the few that still require masking indoors. But their numbers are also down yet Tony Thurmond, California State Superintendent of Public Instruction, believes there is still work to be done.
