Microsoft Might Allow Customers To Repair Consoles and Accessory Repair Parts

This seems very unlikely to happen but Microsoft is thinking of allowing customers to repair their own consoles. They know they might lose money but since they are pushing cloud gaming in the future they wont be so invested into consoles. That is probably why they are considering it.
