Tips
•Toes under the bar
•Lean over, bend your knees and take hold of the bar just outside of the shins with either overhand or mixed grip.
•Bend at the knees, till your hips are just above your knees
•Push chest out, neutral spine/back straight and pull your lats down and back (into your back pocket)
•Keep arms straight and push through your feet
