Okay, okay, so this is a cheap shot segue since all we had to do was match up the live applause on both songs to fit together but it works - both songs are classics with Joe Cocker gone (RIP) and Linda Ronstadt unable to perform publicly anymore, so as Joe Cocker put it so succinctly, ​"Well, we're gonna leave you now with the usual thing... the only thing I can say is as I have said to many people is that this title, uh, just about puts it all into focus. It's called, With a Little From Me Friends.... remember it."

Segue City will be a recurring short-form programming element of "The Big Kahuna" - one of GET's developmental Internet Radio formats created by Dain Schult. It will also be expanded as a part of that format and finally evolve into a full, long-form programming element on its own. It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
