The EU wants to put an end to golden passport scams and stop selling visas to Russians.

BRUSSELS – On Monday (March 28), the European Commission asked EU nations to discontinue national programs that offer citizenship to investors, popularly known as golden passport schemes, and to stop selling visas to Russians and Belarusians.
