Rope Dart Introductory Recap 2 :: 'Pendulum Swing', 'Isolated Pendulums' (pulley system)

in this video we briefly go over the basic 'Pendulum Swing' (ie grandfather clock swing... where momentum in the swing reaches a crescendo, stalls and reverses course to the other side until it stalls there).
'Isolated Pendulums' keeping the momentum going and keeping the head elevated at the same height off the ground when cast back and forth.
A pulley/lever system comes into play to help this technique.
Can be performed in most horizontal planes, typically wall and dark wall.
