Cooking Steps:
1. Heat the oven to 375 F.
2. Take the dishes (I use a size of 25x15 cm), in which we will
bake a cake. Cover the foil’s bottom and sides (if you have a
ceramic dish, you need to grease it a little with oil; without the
foil is not necessary).
3. Cut the bananas into rings and put them in the prepared
dishes. There we add half the blueberries, 1/4 tsp of cinnamon,
1 tbsp of honey, and cover with foil. Bake for 15 minutes until
the bananas are soft.
4. Then, in a bowl, mix the oatmeal, half the walnuts, the baking
powder for the dough, and the remaining cinnamon; mix
everything. In a separate bowl, beat the remaining honey, milk,
eggs, and vanilla.
5. Get bananas with blueberries from the oven, sprinkle with an
oatmeal mixture. Then evenly pour the mixture from milk.
Sprinkle with the remaining blueberries and walnuts.
6. Bake the cake for at least 30 minutes, or until a golden-brown
crust forms on top. For decoration, sprinkle with powdered
sugar. Serve warm.
