Ransom Cut His Eye - Caring for Horse Injury

Can't tell if this is from impact or from sharp object. Lots of swelling and smooth cut.
Left alone for first 24, let it drain, once drainage stops maybe 48 hours, I put some topical meds on it, Corona and or Triple Antibiotics. Appears to healing well.
