Easy and Delicious Sausage and Peppers With Mozzarella Garlic Bread

This easy and Delicious Sausage and Peppers Recipe Served on Mozzarella Garlic Bread is sure to WOW your inner circle.
Ingredients:
4 Sweet Italian Sausage Links
1/2 to 2/3 cups of Chopped:
Red Peppers, Green Peppers, Orange peppers, Sweet Vidalia Onion, 1 chili pepper, and Red Onion
Sautee Vegetables in frying pan with a few tablespoons of Olive oil
add 1/2 teaspoon of salt
When Vegetables become translucent add your cut up Sausages
sautee a few minutes till no longer pink
then add 3 tablespoons. of tomato paste.
When the paste becomes fragrant add 2/3 to 1 cup of water
Stir together
Add 1 teaspoon of Oregano
1/2 teaspoon of Basil
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Salt to taste.
Cover on low heat for 15 minutes (last 5 minutes take cover off)
Garlic Bread
1 loaf of Italian bread sliced in half
Olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt
Place on foil lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes on 350 degrees. (The 375 Temp on the video was too hot)
Remove and place sliced Mozzarella and put back in the oven for additional 5-10 minutes. Careful not to toast bread too much. Just want Mozzarella to melt.
Slice bread and spoon over sausage and peppers and Serve.
Makes at least 4 Generous servings. Or if using as an appetizer can make up to 10 if bread is sliced small slices.
Tip: to avoid getting to much oil from the sausage and olive oil. Tip your frying pan when serving. It will separate the oil from your sauce
