Building Back Better Why is it everywhere?

Whenever there is an emergency in a community the first responders are trained personnel and locals.
Why do we need these unelected officials 5000km away telling other countries what to do?
If there was a power grid failure all those agencies would be useless. Imagine, they would all have to go to ground zero to help their communities just like the rest of us.

Hello beautiful people and welcome to my brand new channel,  Truths Uncensored.
l started collecting screenshots of the White House video dislike ratios and the comments before they were disabled.  They show some very interesting things.  Like the total opposite of what the MSM is reporting.
