Now it's Tuesday and the second segue this week that has the Atlanta Rhythm Section in it as we add Aaron Neville doing his inner Ray Price and viola - today's Segue City Special... it's weird without the Mayor popping in unannounced except when he shows up with doughnuts or our paychecks. Perhaps he's over there communing with chipmunks and hugging trees... we don't know... we're guessing they roll up the sidewalks before it gets dark around there...

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
