8-10 Garlic clove
1 tbsp Coriandar seed
1 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tbsp Cumin seed
1/2 tbsp Fennel seed
2 Star anise
2-3 Black cardamom
6 green Cardamom
6-7 Clove
1 Cinnamom stick
1 Bay leave
3 litre Water

Step 2
3 tbsp Ghee/Oil
1 tsp Black Cumin
1 tsp Cumin
3 Black Cardamom
1 Cinnamon stick
2-3 Cardamom
1 Nutmeg Flower
1 Bay leave
Clove 7-8
1 tsp Black pepper
2 medium size Onion
1 1/2 tbsp Ginger/Garlic paste
7-8 Green chilli
4 Tomatoes paste ( grind softly)
1 tbsp Salt to taste
1 1/2 tbsp Crushed Red Chilli/ Chilli Flake
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 bowl of Yogurt/250g
2 Litre soup/water
1 kg Basmathi Rice

Step 3
1 tbsp Kewra water
Raisin
Fried Onion

Ingredients Malay
Step 1
Minyak
1 1/2 kg Daging
1 tbsp Garam
1 Biji Bawang
Halia 3 inci
8-10 ulas Bawang putih
1 tbsp biji Ketumbar
1 tsp Biji Lada Hitam
1 tbsp biji Jintan putih
1/2 tbsp Biji Jintan manis
2 biji Bunga Lawang
2-3 Buah Pelaga hitam
6 Biji Buah Pelaga
6-7 biji Bunga Cengkih
1 Batang Kayu manis
1 Daun salam
3 liter Air

Step 2
3 tbsp Ghee/Minyak
1 tsp Jintan Hitam
1 tsp Jintan putih
3 Biji Buah Pelaga Hitam
1 Batang Kayu manis
2-3 biji Buah pelaga
1 Bunga Buah pala
1 Daun Salam
Bunga cengkih 7-8 biji
1 tsp Lada Hitam
2 Biji Bawang besar
1 1/2 tbsp Halia/Bawang putih
7-8 hirisan Cili hijau
4 biji Tomato pes (kisar lembut)
1 tbsp Garam secukup rasa
1 1/2 Cili kering kisar/Cili Flake
1 tbsp Serbuk Ketumbar
1 mangkuk Yogut/250g
2 Liter air rebusan daging
1 kg Beras Basmathi bersama
