This is the heart-warming moment a man suffering from Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) was able to cross off an item on his bucket list - attending an NBA game in court-side seats.

Chris Beckette, 33, received the tickets from the non-profit organisation, Team Gleason.

Team Gleason support ALS, offering an Adventure Grant that allowed Chris and his partner Taylor Lew to fulfil an item on their bucket list.

Chris said: “I had always dreamed of being able to sit courtside for an NBA game because you have the best seat in the whole arena."

Chris was diagnosed with ALS also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease in 2019.

Due to the nature of his condition, things are only becoming more limited for Chris’ day to day life, thus Chris's bucket list is becoming harder to complete.

For Chris and his fiancé Taylor Lew, from Lakewood, California, it's the little things that matter, whether it's the touch of a hand, reading to each other or even the surprise opportunity to sit courtside at an NBA game.
