Do you also want everything at once? Then put on your sneakers, grab a mat, a water bottle, and LET'S GO❗❗❗
This workout will take only 10 minutes, but during this time we will pump our booty, abs, legs and arms. 🤸‍♀️

What the training consists of:
✅ 3 rounds
✅ In each round there are 2 exercises with 3 repetitions
✅ There are 6 different exercises in total, of which 3 are active and 3 are static
✅ For 1 repeat 20 seconds and 10 seconds break between exercises
✅ 1 minute break between rounds.

☝️ Don't forget that the main thing is not the quantity of repetitions, but their quality!
