After all that work!

High polished knives are the most difficult and time consuming knives I make. Apparently I didn’t sand the previous grit out well enough early in the grit progression. After the knife is heat treated, it’s impossible to go back that many grits and re-sand. This knife is gonna look great with the stonewashed finish and the black ash burl.
