Ready to see the healthiest dessert recipes ever?! 😋

We all agree that strudel, brownie and tiramisu are irresistibly delicious, but they also high in calories, full of fat and saturated fat that means that are significantly unhealthy!
So I played around with these classic dessert recipes and eventually came up with these super healthy desserts!
Given that these desserts are rich in omega-3, vitamins of group B, folate, vitamin P, vitamin D and vitamin E, instead of making you fat they will improve your brain function! 🧠

Strudel recipe 🍴:

For the puff pastry
170 g quinoa flour
20 g psyllium husk
A pinch of salt
1 egg at room temperature
20 ml seeds oil
½ cup of water

For the filling
4 apples
50 g raisins
25 g walnuts
2 tbs cinnamon
1 tbs apple jam
40 g beet sugar or any sweetener of your choice
20 g butter
50 g almond flour

Brownie recipe 🍴:

75g of hazelnuts
25g of walnuts
25g of almonds
2 tbs of chia seeds
1 tbs of flax seeds
1 tbs of hemp seeds
30 g of cocoa powder
30 g of carob powder
225 g soft dates (if you suffer from diabetes better to substitute dates with dried figs)

For the garnish
Carob spreadable cream
Shredded coconut or almond butter (for those who have blood type A better to substitute with peanuts butter)

Tiramisu recipe 🍴 :

For the spongecake
5 egg yolks at room temperature
45 ml diary-free milk
45 ml seeds oil
75 g almond flour
2 g of baking powder
Pinch of salt

5 egg whites
3 ml lemon juice
50 g beet sugar or any sweetener of your choice

For the cream
150 g walnuts
80 ml diary-free milk
60 g honey or any liquid sweetener of your choice

For the matcha tiramisu 🍵
1 cup of matcha tea
Matcha tea powder

For the carob tiramisu ☕️
1 cup of cold coffee
Carob powder
Carob spreadable cream
