John Durham Grand Jury Indicts Lawyer Whose Firm Represented Democrats in 2016

Special prosecutor John Durham has charged Washington-based lawyer Michael Sussmann, who represented former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee, with lying to the FBI during Clinton's 2016 campaign.

In case you're wondering why Schiff and Swalwell and all these other leakers of classified material felt bulletproof.
They were wired into the national security apparatus. HOW could anybody be targeting them and spying on them and they never caught wind of it?
Of course, they'd know about it. It never occurred to them somebody smarter than they figured out a way to target them, spy on them, seize their records and keep them completely in the dark about it.
At the same time, he was running the Mueller investigation parallel to the Durham investigation.
And Durham is now investigating how Mueller did his work. Isn't that special?

John Durham had been tapped by Rod Rosenstein to begin investigating the SpyGate-related leaking campaigns that were driving the Trump Russia Hoax in [checks card] April of 2017.
By Feb. of 2018 Durham's leak investigation had led him to members of Congress who were working in coordination with others in the DOJ/FBI and the St. Dept. Either Durham or another
US Attorney seated a grand jury that heard the evidence gathered to date and then issued subpoenas for the phone records and emails of the members of Congress who were suspected of leaking.
That Swalwell and Schiff and others in Congress were leaking classified materials was evident.
And for the past 3+ years you were confidently told by many people because the DOJ didn't alert any of the targets they were being investigated for criminal activity,
no investigation of these leaks was occurring.
And every single person who claimed that to you was wrong.

They're asking Barr, Rosenstein and Sessions the wrong questions. It's not "Did you know there were people filing these subpoenas to spy on members of Congress & seize their phone records?"
That's the wrong question. The right question is: "Did you start up a counterintelligence team that you instructed not to keep you updated on what it was doing?"

Incredible to think very serious people were discussing the Russian collusion idea every day for years, then we find out it was all false but everyone has moved on without being in any way troubled by any of it.
