HIMARS Demonstration - Resolute Dragon 21

December 10, 2021 - U.S. Marines with 3rd Battalion, 12th Marines demonstrate how they conduct a fire mission utilizing their High Mobility Artillery Rocket System to Japanese soldiers of 2nd Company, 4th Surface to Ship Missile Regiment during Resolute Dragon 21 on Camp Hachinohe. RD21 is the largest bilateral field training exercise between the U.S. Marine Corps and the JSDF ever hosted in Japan. RD21 is designed to strengthen the defensive capabilities of the U.S.-Japan Alliance by exercising integrated command and control, targeting, combines arms, and maneuver across multiple domains.
