Did 12 sets of singles, doubles and triples on flat bar bell benching, so time to go after the big pump using my BoS Arch nemesis bar...
Love the deep beyond body line stretch this bar gives for chest training, highly recommend purchasing one!

5 sets, 225lbs, 6 reps each sure did hit the spot!!!
