Trooper Barely Escapes Being Hit by Semi-Truck #Shorts

A Kansas trooper was nearly hit by a semi-truck when assisting a mother & daughter who were trapped in their car on a Topeka highway in February.

The trooper, whose name is Karl Koenig, was later given an award by KHP and Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly for his 'selflessness and determination' in assisting the stranded vehicle despite the near brush with being hit.
